All of my counseling work is geared toward the discovery of the true self. (Please refer to the Going Deeper page on this site for further clarification about the true self) A willingness to look honestly at the patterns and habits that keep you caught in suffering is a prerequisite in all of our work together. Understanding that none of us are perfect but even in our seeming imperfection we can awaken to the truth.

I am offering intuitive and spiritual counseling and Intermittent Fasting Coaching virtually. We can focus on any area that you wish – spiritual, psychological and energetic aspects to help you release blocks to your growth and evolution.

When necessary I will work on a sliding scale and I consider this on a case by case basis. Please reach out to me if you would like a session but are experiencing financial hardship at this time.
